Anthony Fitzpatrick

Managing Director (Joint)

Anthony is the Joint Managing Director of One Call Hire and is mainly responsible for the operational side of the company and machine disposals. He has daily contact with all fellow directors and depot managers ensuring that major decisions relating to customer needs can be made instantly if required. He also has a strong focus on the service department with weekly meetings to ensure continued improvement in this vitally important area of the business. Anthony is a qualified structural engineer and joined the group of companies in 1990.

Barry Verrent

Director of Sales

Barry is heavily involved in many areas of the company including Account Management of our large customers and looks after any major contracts. He also has input with HR. Barry brings over 18 years of experience in the Plant Hire Industry. He started as a driver and fitter in 1988 and before joining One Call in 2004, he worked as a depot manager for Speedy Hire.

Garry Orr

Director of Procedures

Garry has been with One Call Hire for over 10 years and was appointed a Director in 2000. He ensures the smooth day-to-day running of all depots and is heavily involved in Human Resources, Health and Safety, Transport Law and Auditing. Gary brings to One Call a total of 15 years experience working in the construction sector. Previously, Gary worked as plant and transport manager for various large scale projects in London before joining One Call in 1997.

John Fitzpatrick

Financial Director

John is the Financial Director of the group of companies, he has particular emphasis with purchasing and disposals of machines, land purchases and legal matters. John joined the company in 1992 and is a qualified structural engineer.

Martin Fitzpatrick

Managing Director (Joint)

Martin is a Joint Managing Director of One call Hire. He has particular emphasis with marketing and customer sales, new depot development, human resources and he also has overall responsibility for Health and Safety. Martin joined the company in 1994 and is a qualified Quantity Surveyor.

Simon Waller

Financial Controller

Simon joined One Call in 2006 with 15 years accounting & project experience within Japanese sales companies. A qualified accountant, Simon oversees the smooth running of the Accounts department and is responsible for controlling the finances for the group of companies with a particular emphasis on Treasury management and Plant asset sales & purchase control.
