Service Team

We aim to provide a service that is second to none. As a customer of One Call Hire, you will have the full support of our experienced team of dedicated mobile fitters, complemented with main dealer back-up. This allows us to promise a 2 hour service callout.

Satellite Tracking

Installing satellite tracking to our lorries and vans has allowed us to keep the customer in the picture, and also improve efficiency.
Using the Masternaut online service, we can inform a customer over the phone where any delivery or service vehicle is in relation to their site.

Location

Our depots are all centrally located to the area they cover, allowing us to ensure that customer support is controlled.
Also, all depots are strategically located close to major transport links to minimise travel time to sites.
